Seriously, it's already October? September sure flew by. October shaping up to be most interesting.. to boldly go where no October has gone before?
Felt like August out there today, high of 22c, warm air and sunshine, best type of day!
Whole lot of these cute Wooly Bears roaming my place. They actually freeze solid in the winter, heart stops but they produce an antifreeze that protects their cells and then they thaw out when it warms up and continue on with life.

That's insane and an interesting nature fact thanks for sharing Ms. Woolycreeks. the only thing wooly @ the pond in south Sardis are my wooly undies that keep me from freezing solid in the winter. it's currently 15c @ the pond in south Sardis.
