The GEPS, EPS and GEFS are showing a spread of 5-25mm of rain through the end of the month. That's the total for the combination of the three models with the min and max amount by end of month.

25 mm in 17 days isn’t very much moisture (and that’s on the high end of the range).
It's called clown range for a reason.
