Yes, agree l was just targeting living conditions which definitely would include weather. My fishy reply would have to be l don't really think there's a city or town in Canada that has the perfect summer weather. every location has their issues and it bothers some in different ways as well.
I.E. too hot too cold too many mosquitoes too much fog coastal locales. Too dry too wet just look at our roving Ant he's trying to find the ultimate climate perhaps he found it we will find out after this winter. l must add when my parents were alive they lived in Richmond and l was in Maple Ridge so l enjoyed going to their house to cool off on hot summer day's. So by the water is that the perfect place in the summer again it's all ones preference.

So much hate for Vancouver's summers , Bono not the only one. Yet no one can come up with a better alternative and nobody wants to move. ,except for Antares. I think he marches to a different drummer , and probably single.
You would think there would be more of a disdain for the winter and its endless rain and lack of snow.

I’m talking strictly weather. The weather by itself is not reason enough to move. For me anyway. I just believe our local climate is a dumpster fire now.

Count me in. I like summer..at 25c and some variability. Last summers joooooke run of 43c x3 days and this year friggen btbtbtbtb heat domes are too much. One extreme to the next. Yet we never score any extreme winter weather. Sad But I'll give it a solid C- anyways

Not a fan of what our summers have become either but it did drop to -15°C at YVR last winter.
