No Sh*t. It's snowing at Burnaby Lake which is very low elevation.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 4:46 pm Was in Fleetwood. Probably the worst snowfall for Surrey in some time. No crews clearing main roads. Caught everyone off guard and the roads are freezing.

Heard reports of people abandoning their cars on Royal Ave. in New West. Not sure if that's true. I guess it truly was a surprise. They are normally great about getting the roads cleared around here.

3 trucks just parked with blocks under them. Totalnewwestguy wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 5:17 pm Heard reports of people abandoning their cars on Royal Ave. in New West. Not sure if that's true. I guess it truly was a surprise. They are normally great about getting the roads cleared around here.
Unlike our previous snowfalls..this ia heavy wet snow and slush that is compacting on the roadway. Its almost the consistency of ice. This is why roads are absolutely brutal.
At least the dry snow with low RH we had a few weeks ago provided more traction.

Was wondering the same. EC has high POP until 8am tomorrow. There must be more out there. Maybe a break.
