Pretty sure those areas don't fall inside any city/town boundaries, hence why they're classified by electoral district.

Living in a rural area I know my local electoral district and it is used quite often, in the paper, the Regional District, etc. It's much easier than trying to define the area using street names, and area names like Roberts Creek are a bit vague, I'm not actually sure of the boundaries of RC.
It's probably on your voters card you get in the mail most likely but who looks only where to go to vote.

Late this morning saw a bear heading back up Blackcomb from the Upper village, near where we're staying . Went fishing again this evening, this time I had to keep an eye on a coyote 50 ft behind me while casting, lost a good size fish to the weeds, can't win em all.

Thought it might be this, as Fish said we only see electoral district when they send the voting cards.
