One of the GEM runs yesterday showed ~200 mm of rain for Abbotsford by tomorrow or Wednesday. It rained heavily at times last night.

Last nights EPS continues to advertise a significant chance of another cold wave reaching the west coast.

But with higher sun angles getting close to heat dome heights that still wouldn't be cold enough for sea level snow would it Kells.?

I think the bigger issue is sticking to the ground. Snow is still common in March, the sun just doesn't allow it to stay. Unless we get a 1951 redux.

Snowed about 1.5" in the Simlkameens overnight..then amazingly dried right up to the point where is hasn't rained a drop since around 9am. Weird. Yet common.
Snowmobiling is next in the p.m. in the hills buttees!
