NFS continues to advertise the next June heatdome impacting the Mundy location.
Interesting.
FS also showing the heat dome for next June, HOWEVER, it shows that the biggest impacted area will be the Similkameeeeenz. It will wipe it off the map. It's not all bad news though. Just think, we wouldn't have to hear about it on here come next winter.
*Maps are posted for discussion/entertainment purposes only, and not because I necessarily believe them to be true.

YES...in the Similkameens, it can be quite arid..desert like in the summer. I think Nito should visit during a summer dustfestival, and go looking for dried out tumbleweeds. We actually do have tumbleweeds too. Not sure how good they taste tbh. Usually late summer, they start rolling around after they dry up some. The Similkameens people know how to survive weather extremes, so we wont be leaving anytime soon. I mean, who is going to give you all valuable weather info from that area of BC then?
Cmon now..
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

Snow sticks better when it’s dark
Ah, that explains why it falls at night. I thought it was just shy.
Starting to cloud over here, high grey 'snow' clouds coming in. My accuview station with my 'personal' weather forecast' says snow! It's all looking good. EC is even up to 60% chance of flurries for tonight.
