That's not bad Kellsie potential for a little snow perhaps.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

Had some brief snow today while the sun was shining.

Still very boring weather since the beginning of January.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

1951 is Jr's favourite late winter analogue. YXX got 100cm of snow in one week and temps remained around/below freezing for around 10 days. 99.9% chance it will not happen.

A repeat of late Feb/early March 1971 is also extremely unlikely but would be great to see again. Same with 1960 and 1962.

I'd take late Feb. 2014 Tbreeze that was an enjoyable weekend event.
That was followed by another event the following weekend to start March off.

Believe it or not, I actually got more snow here during the Feb 23, 2018 snowstorm than all that fell on Feb 22-23-24, 2014.

Feb 23rd was an underrated snowstorm. Nice fine powder, just came down steady and consistent for hours. Snowed all day and all night. It just didn't last long enough, the sun came out the next day and started melting it really fast. I would really love to see an intense 2002 style blast, we haven't had something like that in March in 20 years now.
