Apparently wherever Phil is staying in Plymouth Mass. he said the wind was tearing the roof apart.

He posted a picture of the hotel yesterday. It’s right on the beach. About as exposed as one can get.

Cold rain today, and the ground is frozen but it's not freezing when it hits so no ice at least.
3.7c currently. Only a 30% chance of flurries on Wedn pm according to EC
