Good luck!!!

Thank you for all your work and making this possible Stuffradio!  I love having somewhere to come to talk weather and learn all about it.

I have noticed it's been slow for me for the past couple of days.

So I basically been in a hospital bed in the past week and missed a lot it seems.

Is beginning of February a thing? I haven’t had a chance to catch up and look at the models.

Now that you me mention it, I haven't had to wait 5-10 seconds for a page yet this evening.

It didn't happen all the time but it was a fairly regular occurrence.

00z GFS.
:14clown: range (Day 11 to 16)
Quick shot of snow with an arctic front brings modified arctic air out to the coast. Chilly/dry for a couple days, followed by a widespread significant snowfall from a coastal slider. Reload of modified arctic air (colder than the initial shot) in behind the system.

00z GFS
500mb height anomalies day 6 thru 16.

Hope we see building consensus with the other models on this first but you can clearly see the retrogression soon followed by an initial pulse of maritime polar air (chilly/showery), followed by a shot of modified arctic air into the south coast, which ultimately gives way to the next one (even colder) at the end of the run.
