Hound wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 9:21 pm I agree! What's the point if it all falls when you sleep? It needs to be daytime so you can sit with a nice warm drink and watch the flakes fall and build up!

By the way, Welcome to the forum! Sorry some others are a bit rude tonight and didn't welcome you. :problem:
Thank-you Hound! I appreciate it

Weather Dude wrote: Wed Jan 05, 2022 8:23 pm I definitely agree this has been a MUCH better winter for cold and snow. That said, I can’t help but be disappointed by the complete lack of daytime snow. That takes a lot away from the snowfalls for me. Most of the snow has been falling when everyone is asleep and/or when it’s dark. My favourite thing by far is daytime snow.
:welcome2: You will love it here. :D

Snow started at 9pm in Newton just as I finished tobogganing with the kids.
Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!

Well, at least you can wash the salt and sand out of your wheel wells.

Yes, and I have little interest in trying to thaw out my down spouts, in the rain...
