15 ~ 20 cm. on the lattest HRRR 10:1 ratio. Should we expect better ratio from this?

The darker colours are invading! Finally seeing steady (if sparse) flakes.

If the heavy stuff gets here within the hour, that's achievable.

Edit: dusting evident on all surfaces here. Even 0 and -2 makes such a huge difference. This would not be sticking last night.

Noticed the sky had a snowy look to them an hour ago. Outflow winds picked up and the ceiling appears to have lifted towards the east.

I definitely agree this has been a MUCH better winter for cold and snow. That said, I can’t help but be disappointed by the complete lack of daytime snow. That takes a lot away from the snowfalls for me. Most of the snow has been falling when everyone is asleep and/or when it’s dark. My favourite thing by far is daytime snow.
