Been raining here for at least an hour

Crazy, out here in the central valley like a different world, l'm so use to the valley and metro Van sharing basically the same air mass and weather systems but this is one of those rare and l mean rare occasions where it's like night and day between the valley and metro Van, its like last week in arctic air intensity out here.

Light-moderate snow here for the past couple hours. Alternating between small and mid sized flakes.

Up to about 1-2cm this evening. Daily total up to 2-3cm, as I picked up 1cm early this morning.

00z RGEM has been pretty spot on this evening with regards to precip. Here is what it showed for 10pm.

Still snowing here, but not as hard, and not really piling up. Sort of a steady state between accumulation and slow melting. Temperature has been steady at 0.2°C since I got home this evening.

I don't know. The radar has shown yellow over me, but the snow has been moderate at best for a few minutes and light the other 99% of the time.

The Arctic front must be west of Abby but where?

It’s a fine line. Right now you have almost too much blast. Need about 30% less and you will be more in the snow zone. Up to 6cm now here.

Just go up the hill a bit. My official measuring stick on my toolbox which was dry when I got home from work. Still snowing.

well the snow is coming down a decent clip now up to 4cm now @ the official pond in south Sardis.
