As always, use the 10/1 ratio to cut projected snow totals by 10. Or is it by 101?

Northern update after a high of -5c the arctic air is coming back and it has dropped to -12c. My flight was supposed to be this evening but it got switched to 6 AM tomorrow so that means getting up at 3 😞

My time up north is over, it has been fun tobogganing, cross country skiing and downhill skiing.

On positive news I see the 18z has a retrograde in the :14clown: range! More arctic air ahead?

Seems to be a mix of rain and wet snow up here.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

National blend of models says wait until Wednesday. I'm fine with that. I'd like to get a snow day out of it.

If by cold air you mean below 0c, then probably not until Tuesday night.

on and off changes from rain to snow and back and forth until the big overrunning event mid week that should give me a day off. I personally don't care if it snows more tomorrow or tuesday, its not going to accumulate much IMO. If it does though, great.

As expected it wasn’t enough. Nothing happened. Warmed up and rain as I mentioned, just thought there would be some freezing rain.

Sounds like the snow level is about 500 m currently on Cypress. Someone reported snow starting shortly after the viewpoint.
