Re: January 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
Think we had a bit over 5cm here this morning.
Thawing has stripped so much from the trees already up here.
Snowfall warning has ended.
Honestly I’m feeling I will get more later after this afternoon.
Mountain weather site has freezing levels to 200m by morning. Is this verifiable ??

Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..
Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

You will notice I said until Monday morning. I did not question the second map for Monday to Tuesday. You and I have no quarrel.

Bones makes a good point, anyone care to notice Jr. man is hardly posting, as well as afew other members could be the bickering going on l don't know.
It may be in fun, but really weather does want it wants it always wins the argument in the end.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

Re: January 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
I'm confident we will get more snow this upcoming week. The question is how much and how much of our current snowpack melts before the next snow event impacts the region. There will likely be some melting, but I'm hoping it's not a lot so that we can maximize the snow depths with the upcoming snowfalls.
