Think over 100cm of snow for Metro Vancouver and -20c temps in Stewart BC! C'MON!
The EPS is a little on its own so I'm holding out hope that its ending things too soon. Doesn't jive with the weeklies either.

Touched -4.5c around noon in the sunshine in Ladner. Back down to -6.0c now with some high clouds filtering the sun a bit. Yesterdays high of -9.3c was pretty impressive but normally only getting up to -4.5c with sunshine would be pretty notable too.

I don't want to end this arctic blast without a December 1996 repeat. :snowman:

Weather101 wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 12:13 pm I definitely agree! It’s nice to actually have this type of event that’s pretty rare.
Especially with snow at the beginning. Beginnings of blasts are usually dry. Ones like this are a special treat.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Come on fishman
Well now that you brought it up, it really p***es me off that they fired all the unvaccinated health care workers in such a crisis!! What a joke! Everyone is overworked and they fire a percentage of their workers to make the load even more unbearable on the remaining staff! 😡😡
