Lows apparently need to be between -12.5 to -15 for it to be a Cat 4. We *might* squeeze that out tonight at YVR but it's unlikely.

Yep. Just set it up for fun as a rough guide based on what I've seen on the climate data but obviously the high/lows won't match perfectly all the time so including .5s is the most logical thing to do in that case.
