Also, I totally would do that if it weren't for the fact that I'd manage to lose the light up ball anyway.

So, after going an unprecedented eight (!!!) years without dropping to -10c, YVR has done the impossible and has dipped as low as -10.8c so far this evening.

However... just for some context: Even by our lowly standards, hitting -10c should typically be a fairly easy marker to achieve during many cold snaps, with YVR averaging almost 2 days at or below the temperature every year, as per the 1981-2010 climate normals.

This is fantastic.  I really like seeing the models side by side on one page. I'm a newbie at reading them (ok, I don't get some of them at all) and it's easier to compare them when they're like this.

Would you consider taking each model type and going in depth as to what it is and how to read it? I would find that invaluable.

How much do you have there. Some of the photos from Nanaimo look crazy. I’ve heard reports of 45cm+

Managed to somehow make it home to Nanaimo from Duncan this afternoon. Was almost white out conditions in spots. Worst part was getting over the snow drift into our driveway. Quick measurement on our deck.. 48cm.

And yes, its still snowing.
