Been looking at some past monthly data and still just can't get over the demise of January as a winter month. What should be our coldest and snowiest month of the year has turned into a mild rainfest over the better part of the past two decades.

The last -10C reading? 2004. That's nearly 16 years ago now with no -10C temps in January.
