It's alternating between very chunky rain and very wet snow.

Pouring snow in New West at 70M ASL. Massive flakes sticking to cars/grass/deck now.

The models were advertising this as a valley event, but it might end up being more of a north of Fraser event.

If the precip rates maintain into the evening, some areas locally will get snow sticking for sure. Usual spots, the hills. hopefully my area too buttees!

I've always found it fascinating how 250 feet or 75 meters is often in the score-zone, but just 50 feet lower is usually in the screw-zone.

I don't recall the Valley being so opposite like it has been over the past few years. It used to be the score zone. Sad.
