FWIW I have not looked at the models at all today.

If things trend better, you're welcome.

Low goes too far south. Dry and chilly. Ridge moves overhead and gradually warms up the air aloft before a 3 day AR hits us. Chance of minor freezing rain in Hope.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Happy to know there are some other snow lovers around these parts
Roberts Creeker wrote: Fri Nov 26, 2021 10:41 am Welcome SnowGeek!!! Looks like another member for Team Snow!!! It'll be great to have reports from West Van.

Where abouts in West Van are you? I grew up there, starting out around 11th and Kings and Jefferson then moving up to Ottaburn just above the highway.
I'm just a few blocks up from Ambleside on Clyde Avenue. Can report it has been WET today in my hood. The type of rain where you hear it from inside your house and think it can't possibly rain any harder, and then it still does. There's also been mist, and showers, and light rain... the whole spectrum today so far.

I hear the models are hinting at possibility of some snow/cold soon? I'm ready for it. So over this rain. Just hope all this saturation pays off in the fire season for BC.

Ensembles have cooled for the weekend. Looks like they like the southern route as well.
