For Coquitlam the 00z HRRR shows an additional 75-100mm over the next 24hrs.

Heard it was flooding at the south end of the Patullo Bridge. All I can get from the webcams is this:

Good thing there's a dam on the Coquitlam river. They can divert a bunch of water to Buntzen too. It looks like they opened the floodgates this morning but the river level has dropped since then.

Still our radar coverage is crap. They should put one up on the Coq somewhere so the coverage is better for travellers. It's pathetic that they are too lazy and cheap to protect peoples lives.

Hasn't dropped too much. It was still almost at path level under the bridge near lions park.

This is really like an 80s or early 90s AR as it has stalled directly over SW BC. More recently (last 25 years or so) these systems tend to dive south into western Washington.

Not sure how accurate it is but this is the hydrometic data for the Coquitlam river at Port Coquitlam. Still high. People stay away from the creeks and rivers, it isn't worth falling in and dying for that Instagram and Twitter vid.

Water from the duck pond at Jericho Beach made a new Creek across the beach.
