1 cm of snow for Langley = 20cm at Catnip Hill.

18Z GFS not relenting on a major two day AR event Sunday through Monday. Continues to show the heaviest rain in the Fraser Valley and parts of Vancouver Island. No rain shadow for Victoria if the GFS verifies.

Yeah this is looking legit. Our Creek is going to be raging lmao.

I am so intrigued by December it's not even funny. We just need a period of warm and slightly dry and that appears quite possible once this deluge is finished. I believe this hinting by the long range gfs might be a false start but a sign of something to come.

It also trended North with tomorrows pineapple express.

Saturday is now looking wet....with 60 hours of non stop rain lasting through early Tuesday morning. Goodbye Mountain snow and any hopes of an early ski season.

We are really making up for the lack of AR's the past few Novembers.

It's also showing an AR tomorrow night:

Spike in freezing levels + snowpack above 800m = potential for flooding at lower elevations if that verifies.
