Looks like quite a large swath of 100+ today in the Lower Mainland. Pretty impressive for a September storm.

Next spring. nah to be serious next Thursday apparently.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 11:58 pm I haven't been able to organize it with the owner yet, so thank you for asking but no, not yet.
Any guesses for a dry day next week? Or are we all going to be washed into the ocean by then.
Rainfall warning up now. EC is calling for 50 - 70 mm for Sechelt and 60 km/h winds. I thought it was going to be aa full weekend of rain but Sat and Sun are showers.

Re: September Forecasts And Discussions
I wouldn't ditch the shorts just yet. Some of the longer range models are showing a ridge building around the 22nd of September. This time of year it can easily go back to a big ridge scenario. I'm not saying that's exactly what will happen but it could. It could be like 2018 where we had a wet period in September then an epic October dry spell.SouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 10:43 pm Too soon for all this was hoping for some late summer warmth.

Re: September Forecasts And Discussions
I wonder if there's any flooding yet? Hopefully people don't get too close to the creeks and rivers tomorrow could be deadly.
