By Watershed? Everything north of Lyon Road is indeed changing, but south of that is still quite nice. We’re out of here in 2022 anyway.

Which is ? My old stomping grounds was Douglas park area, a block away are the tennis courts at Heather park where l honed my tennis and road hockey skills. If you're not familiar they're just east of Oak st near 20th ave. Drove through there a couple of weeks ago,brought back alot of fond memories,including the big snowfalls in the early 70's.
