19.9C mean at YXX, which doesn't seem impressive at all. 2015 and 2018 were hotter.
Sorry, I've been too busy to look into this, but I will say off bat that no, this was not the hottest month of all time. July 1906 was by far the hottest month Kamloops has ever experienced. Same for Vernon. Osoyoos records didn't start until 1955 so no way of knowing.

Besides 1906, the only other month that matches this past one is July 1998.

P.S. How about Tatlayoko Lake yesterday... 5th hottest place in BC... 2nd coldest place in BC, and 22nd wettest place in BC. Actually, almost all of the "cold spots" were also some of the hottest places...

I think it looks decent, but theres not a lot of wiggle room to cut back totals or it won't make a difference. Also the island gets the shaft.

Don't know if you guys look at the METAR reports, but I found this one today:

CYXX 022146Z 21006KT 170V240 8SM SKC 28/14 A3011 RMK ACFT ACCIDENT HZ SLP198 DENSITY ALT 1500FT
CYXX 022300Z 20008KT 170V240 15SM SKC 29/13 A3009 RMK ACFT ON RWY 19 HZ SLP190 DENSITY ALT 1700FT

Wonder what that was all about.

The track has been trending slightly inland. It probably won’t even rain on the southern island given that track. Western sections on the LM will get some light showers. Valley and interior will do okay.

Seems to have trended weaker/further north as well. At least on the 00z GFS and GEM compared with the 12z runs.
