light snow just started here after some random flakes for about 15 minutes.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays :clap:

I think its been snowing since around 6 am in langford. Nice soft fluffy stuff still falling. Want to say minimum 3-4cm already. Cleared a part of my railing so I can compare yesterday's to today's. Hoping it doesn't turn to rain like forecasted. 🤞🤞🤞

0.5 cm. so far this morning. Snow is picking up right now. Healthy band of snow moving from the West.

Very light snow started about 20 minutes ago. Less than a cm fell overnight.

Haha I’m surprised it didn’t show 17 inches. That model is always spitting out insane stuff.
GFS keeps up the theme of another cold snap in ten days.

Odd… Snow seems to be picking up even though echoes over me are still only faint and tattered.

Snow certainly picking up to moderate. The flakes are fluffy and larger in size. I cleared the driveway last night and now it’s being covered again. I guess 1-2 cm so far.

Great GFS run. Keeps us dry until late Thursday/Friday so we can hang on to our snow a bit.

It was rather nice not looking at any models yesterday and waking up to a surprise. Light snow falling now.
