00z NAM. Landfall south of forks, tracks inland across the Olympic peninsula and eastward over Everett. If it trends even further north... expect some big totals across the lower mainland.

Highways are starting to look sketch judging by the cams (malahat cams is what I look at you can see most of the island on there). -3 and breezy snow is still looking very fine but it's accumulating. Still got a path from my car to the stairs that's clear from where my husband threw down salt so thats a bonus for now lol

Yep you were right. It trapped into some tropical energy and even has some convective cells embedded behind the low.

The WV is impressive...

Think we could see a low form off the island in the system's wake tomorrow? Saw some hints on the WRF earlier today.
