Outflow winds look weak so far,at least here anyways.

My guess is precip showing on the radar will be shredded the second it approaches the mainland. At least for 4 to 6 hours is my guess. Haven’t much of a clue about what I speak compared to you nerds (and cow?) but the dry outflow is still there despite that it isn’t windy right now.

Dry layer above the LM extends up to 2000m. If you want it to snow sooner...I suggest you aim water guns at the sky.
