At least 24.5C in Abbotsford (all-time March record: 24.9C!).

At least 21.6C in Yohin Lake, NWT!!! This is a new all-time March territorial record; previous: 18.0C (!) in Fort Liard on March 30, 1994. It's insane!

More datas later...
GEEEEEEEEZUS. Feb 4 to March 10 the winter that never ended...then straight into summer 10 days later. :wtf: :wtf:
Tofino hardly sees 24C on a hot summer day in the LM when it tops 30c here.
And here it is..December 2024 all snow geeks have been waiting for :silent: ..with the LR weather "charts" calling for a cold and snowy month. Where's the troffing? :silent: :silent:

I noticed that yesterday the lower elevation was cooler than the higher elevation in the valley. Today starting to balance. Hot one out there for March

I hit 24.8C today.

It actually felt kind of hot, though. Low 20's would have been fine. We need some time to acclimate to such warmth, considering we were dropping below freezing until recently.

By the way, 21.8C in Yohin Lake, NWT -> new all-time March record for NWT!

15.0C in Haines Junction, Yukon (all-time March record for Yukon: 15.6C in Haines Junction on March 9, 1965).
We had 14.6C in Watson Lake and Carmacks, 13.5C in Faro, etc.
Many monthly records high in Yukon (Dawson, Mayo, Watson Lake, etc.)

In BC:

Abbotsford 24.5 °C
Agassiz 24.4 °C
Tofino 24.4 °C
Squamish 24.2 °C
Hope 24.1 °C
Cultus Lake 24.1 °C
Pitt Meadows 23.8 °C
White Rock 22.6 °C
Bella Coola 21.9 °C
Port Alberni 21.4 °C
Sheringham Point 21.3 °C

Keep in mind that the all-time March record high for BC is 26.5C in Chilliwack R. Hatchery on March 29, 1994.

Tomorrow could be as warm as today...
