The mainland is going to be fighting the dry outflow with this one. Still some snow though. Better than anything models have shown recently

Victoria is closer to the low center. And precip has to overcome a lot more dry air to get from the pacific to Chilliwack. Mainland will likely see some snow. More over western sections.

This model did the best with the first bust, first model that picked pppnthe cold snap and now this.
