I wonder what Sardineman has to say about that 4.3 (and little gray splotch) over the Wack.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Since Tyler left Van for TWN has his forecasting skills for here diminished. I feel it appears he is not in tune with what's going on out here, thoughts?

Nope. I think it just highlights the challenges of forecasting snow on the south coast.

Well I'd be happy to see some flakes here before I go away and enjoy 4 to 5 foot deep snow with drifts as deep as maybe 8 or 9 feet.

So what time should I expect the show aka possible snow to start on the south island? We are in a 4 day weekend so need to know when I should crack the blinds. I'm kind of excited for enough to make a snowball atleast. I remember as a kid running wild in the neighborhood with other kids when it snowed didn't matter the time. My kids are finally old enough but not many kids so they will need to deal with their mom nailing them with snowballs instead.

You're in Langford? I'd say expect at least 10cm by Saturday evening. Snow will start late during the evening friday.
