Re: February 2021 Forecasts and Discussions
As expected the dry air and jet supression winning big time.18z NAM really limits snowfall for Southern WA and Northern Orego tomorrow. This due to a weaker low and a less expansive precip shield. Dusting to maybe 5cm? Nothing for Seattle.
Much better for Friday:

Wow… quite the little precip shield forming over southern V.I. It’s heading east, too. Question is whether it survives the dry outflow.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Re: February 2021 Forecasts and Discussions
Seems like it's struggling to reach the ground with the outflow. Much lighter than I expected and struggling to accumulate.Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Wed Feb 10, 2021 12:31 pm Wow… quite the little precip shield forming over southern V.I. It’s heading east, too. Re: February 2021 Forecasts and Discussions
I’m in Tsawwassen right now and haven’t even seen a flake yet. Looks like the precip is getting shredded by the outflow pretty good. Cloud deck looks pretty high too so im not very optimistic that much of anything will reach the ground.
Currently located in Tsawwassen, beside Tsawwassen Mills
