The Malahat dropped from 2.1C to -0.2C in the past hour. It’s just about go time for Shawnigan Lake once the Malahat drops to freezing.

Snowing on the local hills. Ceiling really dropped at Grouse.

Hopefully we see something soon?

Doesn't look like Sacramento has a good chance at snow. Last time it snowed was 2009.

Already outperformed Sunday up there, when they were forecast to get 15cm and got rain. EC about to get caught with their pants down. No mention of snow on the South Island forecast tonight.

What is the wind doing there? Someone on the FB 'Vancouver Island Weather Enthusiasts' group is saying it is very windy at Shawnigan Lake, south end.
