Vancouver has been under a snowfall warning for 48 hours now. Think about that...

This was one of the more epic snowfail warnings I can remember. Aside from CR and SFU I don’t think anyone reached warning criteria. Which IIRC is 5cm in 6hrs or 10cm in 24hrs.

Were you ever even in the snowfall warning?

I actually don’t even know what zone I’m in. I’m not really in Greater Victoria. But I’m not east Vancouver island Duncan to Nanaimo. Shawnigan lakes weather is pretty close to the Malahat for snowfall warnings generally. They were forecast for 10-15cm.

Our climate is much different than Victoria.

Snowing at a decent clip in Nanaimo again. We've been plenty cold enough here but the precipitation just hasn't been there consistently. Couple of slushy cms down.

It’s suddenly dumping down snow with large flakes up here. Heaviest snow of the entire “event”. I’m sure it’ll be over the moment I hit submit.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.
