I think so too. I'm going to try and stay up to see what happens after midnight with the first bit of precip.

However, more likely, I am going to fall asleep in the chair.

Did Weather Pro really run off because of Nito's harmless post?
To be honest, while I do believe Nito's post towards WeatherPro went a little too far in terms of respectful joking, I also believe that WeatherPro at least somewhat had it coming. After all, just prior to Nito's comment, WeatherPro had said that he belongs in a mental institution and told us all not to listen to his forecasts.

So essentially, WeatherPro tells Nito he belongs in a mental institution and that we should ignore his forecasts.

Then Nito comes back and mocks his forecast as a joke. This offends WeatherPro and he threatens to close his account and stop posting.

Are we seriously turning into the American forums in terms of unnecessary drama?

By the way, I thought this short video would be relevant.

Based on his jokes tonight, it looks like Sardine is hitting his Saturday night cocktails.

I think it's better to just let it go, Abby. There is snow to track.

No kidding. The 00Z is snowier than the 18Z GFS.

Sandspit at +4C with a strong onshore wind. Tofino still +4C and seeing a dropping temp.

Good reflection of the colder MT polar airmass. The biggest achilles heel in these scenarios is the warm onshore component. Probably won't see an drastic warmup tomorrow or Monday.
