Depending on how the cold air arrives, the E. Island could get something. It is a universal constant that when EC and the models show nothing in the way of for us, we almost always get something if the cold air comes at us just right.

00z GFS is cold and dry day 8 through 12.5.

Day 9.5 is about the coldest frame.

True! The outflow can produce some "strait effect snow". Such a cool phenomenon.

95% less snow in the valley in Revelstoke this year. In the alpine it's the opposite story with it being very snowy.
