ohhh is Nito in the city of Vancouver? Can I blame him?

sorry Nito I'm gonna scapegoat you for not seeing any action tonight.

Lucky Nito doesn't own a furniture store, because if he did, every time he would set up delivery, he would tell the customer, "Don't worry, it will be a non-event" and then the customer would be waiting for his delivery, and it would never show up! Or it would be delivered to some other non-customer in the next city over.

Even Lougheed Highway has gotten completely white in five minutes. If this keeps up for an hour, we could be looking at significant accumulations. Have gotten 1cm in the past 10mins.

It's amazing to look at, even at night because the flakes are massive. Really enjoying this right now.

The last time I think I saw snow fall this heavily was when I lived in aldergrove in the 90s. It fell like this for about 5 hours one morning and we ended up with over 30cm easy. Langley and Abbotsford got nearly nothing. Never seen anything like it since.

This comes close in terms of heaviness except it’s super wet. But everything got white real quick.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

I'm noticing that the pics we post from mobile phones tend to come out sideways. If you have an image viewer or any type of photo editing software, maybe make a copy of the pic to your desktop, open it up, rotate it once, then rotate it back, and save the photo. This should set the orientation correct. This is what I've found so far in experimenting with why this is occurring.

*I just tried this with Catnips picture, and re-uploaded it and it worked.

They show correct when viewing the forum on a phone, but yes, they are sideways when viewing on the desktop.
