Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Snow level seemed to be rising at Seymour as it was raining just above 900m. The top was still snowing when I left.

Didn't rain much earlier, not here anyways, then EC ended the rainfall warning, now it's pouring out.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 6:18 pm We need ridging. It's been pouring all day and the next few days somehow look wetter than this.
Next week is looking wetter too.

The main batch of precip was just waiting offshore most of the day when it was supposed to be raining most of the day.Forrest Gump wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 6:31 pm Didn't rain much earlier, not here anyways, then EC ended the rainfall warning, now it's pouring out.

Terrible. Right back to the mud pit over here. The properties below us are already starting to flood. Not that I mind with those 10,000 ft mansions people have vomited onto the nice rural landscape.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 6:18 pm We need ridging. Seriously? Some of the reasons why people called 911 in 2020 was to confirm the time and complaining that skip the dishes didn't deliver their food.
Was that you Sardinehead?

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Michael Ventrice did a live video today discussing the current SSW and its possible effects on this winter. He posted it on his YouTube channel I assume for those who didn't see it live or want to see it again.
I haven't watched the whole thing yet. I'm 41:28 minutes into right now but this is awesome. Very interesting though its a long presentation.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
My ground had just about dried up and even the deeper muddy areas were getting solid and now even the grass is mushy to walk on again.
How are your lambs doing? I remembered you'd said you had some arrive already. That's early, my first are due March 6...assuming the sheep don't disappear in one of the mud bogs. Have you put them all together yet? I find that the moms will headbutt the other lambs away but the lambs soon learn to stay away from sheep who aren't their mom.
