Well unfortunately Slytyguy just put in his 2 week notice, got a better gig over at Johns.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
It's snowing again this morning. Not much just some light snow. I believe it snowed for 5 days in a row now but probably only added up to about 4 cm in total. This is typical for this area. But it sure looks nice. The best part was sitting at a friend's outside around a fire on Christmas Eve and watching six reindeer hop through the snow about 50 to 60 feet away
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Today..it will be ice fishing for some nice trouts and a snowmobile ride if it clears up early enough. This is life in winter in the Similkameen
High temps have hovered around -1 to -4 and lows around -7 to -20 in last 5 days up here.
Nito..come bring ur pineapples up here and see if they will survive!!

I'd be curious to see a picture of your cabin if you have one.Hawk wrote: ↑Mon Dec 28, 2020 7:50 am

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
A quick update. My puppy is going under the knife this afternoon for her pelvis. She's also getting one more CT to make sure her spine is OK. If all goes well she could be coming home this week. Fingers crossed for a safe and successful procedure. Following that will be 2 to 3 months of careful rehab.
I am currently jello. My wife has handled this a hundred times better than me. Its just something I'm not equipped to cope with. I'm thankful this forum has been here as an escape to get some laughs, you guys are all hilarious.
One more thing. If you do own a dog, I didn't know this but there's a blood donation program. I'm going to take my little Aspen in as soon as she is fit for it. Luckily she never required transfusions but some unfortunate doggies will. So anyways please consider it if you think its right for your pup.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
It looks like PNA wants to spike again. How is it possible that every long range model clearly depicted -PNA over and over again and not even once has it even dipped negative. This climate is just wow sometimes.
