Don’t worry, Gumps will come up with a rule excluding events in which sea breezes restrict the snow to your area and eastward.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Slyty, Gump wants to know what illegal instrument you used to measure snowfall last Monday. I said it was within the rule book although on second thought he may be jealous of the length of the said instrument used.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

I don't know Sardine, the contest sounds a little rigged to me.
Just like coloring books , Sardineman needs to stay within the lines. It's an obvious infraction if you use another person's property for your snow measurements. ;)

Some people will go to great lengths for a shot at the coveted 1st place prize , a Ricardo Montalban Corinthian leather lazy boy chair on wheels with all the bells and whistles, which includes a beer spout , weiner roaster, popcorn maker, and a chocolate and nuts dispenser.

It’s the time of year can make something happen with some pretty marginally cold troughs.
