Thats why I maintain that we need this SSW event to verify. It may be winters only hope this season for us.

Pumpkin Seed wrote: Thu Dec 24, 2020 5:35 pm Sorry to hear that. I wish your dog will get well soon and move as before. I lost mine end of last year who failed surgery twice and I have to put him down. It still hurts and I miss him almost every single day.
Anyway, I wish all of you a merry Christmas and have a snowy but safe winter!
I'm so sorry to hear. I hope he/she had a decently long life. They are so irreplaceable and so important to all of us who are lucky enough to have one.

Mine is only 2. I just can't stand the thought of how scared she must be. Were about to phone the hospital in 40 minutes so fingers crossed for some Christmas good news.

No , maybe I'll try that one, I've been mainly trying different wheat beers for the last few years after trying one at Earls that I really liked, but it was only made for the restaurant, I've been on the hunt for something similar ever since.

Fingers crossed. I hope the news is good.

Didn't even reach 2C today and down to +0.3 right now, another cold night. EC has us at +3 for a low tonight. When is the rain coming? Hoping for a surprise white Christmas! Usually I travel to Vancouver to be with my brother and sister on Christmas day so I'm hoping for safe driving, this year being home I've been hoping for snow...and lots of it.

Like I said yesterday, the title of the song Have yourself a Merry little Christmas rings true this year.

Absolutely pets are truly family.

We had to put our dog down last May. Hardest decision I've ever had to make. We were devastated. After about 6 months, we decided to love another puppy. Got him last month. He's now around 14 weeks and he is so special to us. That said, we are still very sad about the loss of our last dog. There is no replacement for love but you can love again. This is one reason I've always loved the Lion King. The circle of life theme is so relatable.

Went for a walk at Campbell Valley today and went sledding at Burnaby Mountain yesterday. Lots of fun.

200% agreed. They are definitely part of the family and always loyal to us. Watching them paying with the kids in the snow (if lucky enough to have some) is the most wonderful moments of our lives!
