I'll do a regional play by play here as per the Euro in a few minutes.

This is not my forecast, but rather how the 00z Euro is depicting tomorrow's event.

- Precipitation moves into the region around 0400am and starts mainly as light rain.

- Transition to snow begins over Southern Vancouver Island around 0600-0700am as a heavier band of precip moves in.

- The Lower Mainland switches to snow around 0900 am from SW to NE (weird)

- A band of rather moderate snow is over the whole region by 1000am and moves from the NW to SE and lingers until approximately 0300pm

- About 2 hours of light rain is depicted behind the front from approximately 4pm to 6pm. Makes sense as the precipitation intensity wanes.

Rather poor visibility depicted in the moderate snow. Generally less than 1 mile.

This is at 1000am.

Thank you Bonovox! I look at the pretty pictures but haven't figured out the timing of them, nice to have it broken down. :D :D

00z Euro is just of the many models available to us.

I’m curious as to what the 00z NFS is forecasting.

It’s delayed due to the programmer reading bedtime stories to their child.
