My entirely uneducated guess for fun is 200m for western sections of metro van. 100 m for the valley east of Abbotsford. During heavy precipitation I would guess 50m anywhere away from the immediate coastline.

1500m for Abbotsford itself because anus reasons.

I think precipitation intensity will be the biggest factor tomorrow.

Here is the 00Z NAM for Chilliwack, model elevation 380 metres. Notice the temp right at freezing for many hours.

Sorry that was the 18z. Here is the 00Z, quite a difference! It is so close to freezing though, it could go either way, but I am thinking at lower elevations it might be mostly rain.
