That's not a bad thing. Better luck that way.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
No change for us in the lower mainland...3-5c and rain on Monday.
Burnaby mountain and westwood plateau could score something though. Eastern valley too.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
I normally stay quiet on here and just read and stay informed but I have to ask....why is it that Environment Canada, Weather Network and Skytracker with Global news all have complete different forecasts for Squamish come Monday? And actually almost always their forecasts are completely different alllll the time. Then I come on here and see maps and things and feel like this forum is much better than most forecasting? Please elighten me lol! And ps....looks like Monday is chilly here so rain or snow for us( squamish)?

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
My best guess is that they receive a ton of flak whenever things don't materialize, so they're all playing the waiting game for the probable last 24 hour rug pull. You will probably get snow. I would love to live in your climate, it always seems to overperform in these kinds of situations. Living right next to a near vertical slope like that certainly has its benefits!Wintergirl wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 5:15 pm I normally stay quiet on here and just read and stay informed but I have to ask....why is it that Environment Canada, Weather Network and Skytracker with Global news all have complete different forecasts for Squamish come Monday?
