It was always a pretty safe bet.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Outside chance of +17 if we get dry slotted. Those warm downsloping winds can do wonders!

Just waiting for Michael1 to chime in to say the following:

or
"You must take pleasure in watching children cry after popping their inflatable pool"

Looks good for the Similkameens. Perhaps another 6-12 inch dump!

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
I could see 14c easily in this sad excuse of a LaNina month called December. The pattern is about 2-3 weeks behind... this weather would have been nice in mid November and give us something to look forward to. But its December 18th with not much hope...and Nito winning all the time looks like it could be a sad start to January as well

That fog bow is so cool!tyweather wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 10:45 pm Pictures from Cypress today. Most of the day there was light fog but at a few points it was clear and gorgeous. Snow was decent up top but it wasn't powder. Lots of lift lines this year though. 20-30 minute lines on a Thursday morning! I also caught a picture of a fog bow but for some reason I didn't realize that there was one and only when I was looking at my pictures did I see it.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
181mm of rain so far this month imby, depending on how accurate my station is.
Seems like it should be more considering how wet it has been.

Nope, you're the guy who likes to pee on the campfire, because it annoys the people enjoying themselves and it leaves a stink in the air.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 9:25 am Thanks!!!!

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
First week of January is looking like a definite bust. Remember how the weeklies said -pna from dec 20 until forever? Now it looks to spike again around jan. This is one magical climate. It appears the models just don't know how to handle it beyond 12 days. I wish I wasn't totally tied down to living here (not just weather related, but climate is a big part of it). Especially since cool summers have disappeared as well.hawk2 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 9:27 am I could see 14c easily in this sad excuse of a LaNina month called December.
