Think +1C and some frost on grass surfaces and the northern side of the roofs. CMON!!!!
"Wave train will be mature by mid-Jan, and constructive interference from low/medium pass over Indo-Pacific dynamically favors stout GOA ridging, unlike the early December period under similar tropical forcing. Throw in wQBO @ 50mb and battered strat vortex, and the odds are suddenly quite high after a 7-10 day stretch of mediocrity to open new year. "
C'MON!!!

I hope this works out because the long range has really gone to poop once again. this winter has followed the 2017/18 progression of kicking the can down the road and promising great things at 600 hours but folding as reality comes into view. But that is not uncommon here so we shouldn’t be too surprised. It’s a tricky climate for anything exciting at the moment. Obviously there is a ton of winter left and January is just barely coming into view so lots of time to turn it around.
