For what it's worth...my infant hasnt stopped crying since the 18z came out. That's either really good or bad.

Would it be negative or pessimistic to say that the OP is probably jumping the gun? Ensembles were actually better on the 12Z. I think the pattern is coming but I would want to see a lot more ensemble support to believe its happening as early as Dec. 30th. Would love to be wrong though.

Also, anything that doesn't use fahranheit as a measuring tool. I cannot for the life of me understand how or why it persists.

New forecast for Abbotsford.

Christmas Eve:

Heavy rain. High +16C. Southerly winds 70-100km/hr gusting 120km/hr

Evening: Heavy rain with thunderstorms changing to heavy snow. Temperature falling to -2C by morning. Snowfall amount 20-30cm. Northeast winds 70-100km/hr.

Christmas Day:

Heavy snow tapering off by noon. High -5C. Amount 10-15cm.

Evening: Heavy snow starting near midnight. Low -18C


Boxing Day:

Heavy snow. High -12C. Amount 20-40cm.

Evening: Roof collapse. Low -18C

Y'all missed the point. No one is supposed to be traveling in general unless it's for essentials/work. Especially out of the area you live in. Bunch of excuses from hawk. You shouldn't be going to the cabin and going that far that's the orders. Who cares if you stand 10 feet apart that's risky and dumb.

But hey what do I know. Not like it's mandated orders :wave:
