Lynn Peak today for my snow fix. Probably 2 and a half feet of snow at the top. Only maybe 20 people on that trail once you turn off
Lynn loop so good for social distance.

November 15th tomorrow! Almost feels like time to start watching the models for something good, as interesting as this fall has been so far.

But evaporative cooling on the upper slopes could reduce it to 3-4 minutes.

On October 13 1962, Abbotsford recorded a wind gust of 145 km/h. Imagine a repeat of that one day.

December 20 2018 came close as Abbotsford recorded a wind gust of 113 km/h.

30-40 minutes, yikes. They are even limiting the day tickets. I imagine most of the pass holders came.

Maybe, but if it's anything like golfers flocking to courses in record numbers including weekdays this year, then it doesn't look good. I never even bothered golfing this year, first time in a very long time that I went golfless.

2020 would have been a good year to live in a BC interior town.
