My Three Rules of Northwest Weather:

1. It's called clown range for a reason.
2. It is never too late for a rug pull.
3. Lowland snow is hard to get.

I truly believe it is as hard to get consistent N/W flow around here as it is to get arctic blasts. 90 percent of the time it shows up in the models it suddenly disappears and turns into nito-apples, err pineapples. Or dirty ass ridges.
Ugh, I know right. As of Tuesday morning That NW flow was looking so tasty. And now we just have tangy pineappley blah.

Wow the models are really killing hopes of an early ski season. Just ugly from day 4 to 10. The GEM straight up goes +ENSO.

Very mild departures in November = late December cold snaps.
Excellent. But will it cool the SST off the coast?

Models are still struggling with tomorrow. ICON has a 978mb low crossing central Puget Sound. GFS no consolidated low pressure center.
